The Cadson College of Pharmacy Kharian is affiliated with University of The Punjab (Letter No. D/1420/AF Dated: 02-09-2019) & (Letter No. D/481/AF Dated: 10-08-2020) and Pharmacy Council of Pakistan Islamabad has been issued the NOC for admission in Pharm.D Classes (Letter No.2-33/2019-PCP Dated: 03-10-2019).
Pharmacy Council of Pakistan, Islamabad as per Rules, first issues the NOC in first four years and then accredite the institute on its fourth visit in fifth years. If any institute start its admission without NOC, Pharmacy Council take the legal action against that institute and institute has to pay the fine which is equal to fee charged from students and the students has to appear in Registration Exam conducted by Pharmacy Council. However if admission is done after NOC then students are safe and registration with Pharmacy council will be with out registration exam.
The campus is located on main GT Road, Bismillah Chowk, Kharian.
From Kharian city toward Lahore aprox. 7 Kms and from Lalamusa city toward Rawalpindi aprox. 15 Kms.
The degree title is Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D). It is 5 Years Degree Program.
(Note: A common mistake to pronounce the Title is D.Pharm instead of Pharm.D, which is incorrect, it is Pharm.D. D.Pharm is Diploma in Pharmacy where as Pharm.D is Doctor of Pharmacy.)
The degree awarding institution is the Oldest and prestiage University of Pakistan that is University of the Punjab, Lahore (Estb.1882.)
The examinations shall be conducted and invigilated, at the nearby centre as nominated by Punjab University.
However, the practical examination shall be held and conducted at CCP.
The duration of the program is 05 Years.
The academic system of CCP is annual based , because we are affiliated with Punjab University and the Pharmacy college of PU is operating on Annual System.
The admission criteria are laid down by the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan. The minimum marks required to apply are 60% unadjusted, with Pre Medical in F.Sc followed by marks of entry test and interview . Merit is calculated after considering all the three parameters
1. MDCAT/USAT-M passed result card
2. FSc (> 60%)
3. Matric Science (> 60%)
Yes, your entry test shall be exempted, and the NTS/OTHER results shall be used for merit calculation, upon furnishing the original result card of the taken test.
As per Pharmacy Council of Pakistan, minimum marks eligible to apply are 60% UNADJUSTED, hence you are NOT eligible to apply.
Yes, you can apply on the basis of the provisional certificate. However, if you score less than 60% unadjusted marks, your provisional admission/temporary seat shall stand cancelled automatically.
You need to present an equivalence certificate from IBCC. After the equivalency certificate, if your marks are 60% unadjusted , you are eligible to apply.
Yes; you can apply through the online admission system. Down load the admission Form from our web site, Read & fill it carefuly, attached the required Documents and along with a Draft of Rs. 1500 in favour of Cadson College of Pharmacy send to the College through Courier Service.

The fee structure can be obtained from the college alongwith prospectus available in office.
Yes, only in case of genuine cases, the annual Tuition fee can be paid in TWO equal installments, after approval by the competent authority.
The fee Challan can be obtained from accounts office, and then deposit the fee in the Bank Account as given in the challan form.
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic the classes for the year 2020, will be started on and as the direction of HEC and Punjab University.
The fee refund policy shall be as follow.
Where a student has withdrawn his/her admission before attending the class and vacated seat is filled in due course, 100% amount may be refunded.
After the closing date of admission, only the amounts of security and examination fee are refundable.

Yes , Limited Scholarships are available for two categories: Orphans and need based.
Student have to apply for scholarship at the time of admission in a prescribed performa. All applications will be assessed and merit will be observed in each category.

Hostel Related Queries
Yes hostels are available for both boys and girls. Priority for the admission in hostel will be given to the students from other cities.
The girl’s hostel is with in the campus premises and the boy’s hostel is at five minutes walk from the college campus.

All Hostel dues along with Security fee have to be paid in advance at the time of Hostel allotment, where as Mess Charges can be paid Quarterly.

Mess Charges Rs. 10,000/Month (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
